When watching Baywatch, the first thing you notice is those red swimsuits. The second: the perfectly sun-kissed tans. Did you know, though, that in the 2017 movie remake of that iconic television series, the glow of many of the actors comes out of a bottle? That’s right, although some bathing suit beach runners tanned the natural way, others were given a heavy dose of spray tan, according to Refinery29. It is a statement that is worth rejoicing over, especially as the push for sun and skin care grows.

And Baywatch isn't the first film that's relied on the body balm. It's also been used in television and in preparation for the red carpet.

Of the product, Greene says, “[It helped] even out the self-tanner mishaps, hide any imperfections, and it lasted up to three days.
