How many hours do you think you’ve spent over the last few year’s scrolling through Netflix menus? Most of us have lost whole evenings on the hunt for something to watch. We scroll and scroll, knowing full well if there was something we really wanted to watch we’d have found it by now. Bypassing things that we’re actually interested in, in the hope of something better further down.
How many times have you lost that long looking at menus that, but by the time you’ve found something, it’s too late and you fall asleep halfway through? The menu blackhole is something that we’ve all fallen into and found ourselves unable to climb back out of.

Create a List
If you see something that you fancy while scrolling, but don’t want to watch right now, or don’t have the time for, add it to a list. If you see a new release that you haven’t got time for but would like to watch, add it to a list. These lists can be digital, on your streaming platform, or even the old fashioned way with a pen and paper. However you make them, they will save you time, and completely eliminate the need to scroll through the menus when you want to find something to watch. You could even write down movies that are out at the cinema, that you’ve missed your chance to see, to search for online later on.
