Spiked Strawberry Slushie

What You'll Need
Step 1: Stir lemon juice and ½ bottle of Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG together and set aside.
Step 2: Combine ice cubes, mint, sugar and strawberries in blender and blend on high until smooth.
Step 3: Pour in lemon and Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG mixture and blend on medium until smooth.
Step 4: Distribute mixture and top each glass with remaining Prosecco. Garnish with strawberry.
- 3 cups strawberries
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- Ice cubes
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Bottle Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
Step 1: Stir lemon juice and ½ bottle of Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG together and set aside.

Step 2: Add rum and ice and shake and strain into a chilled pint glass over ice.
Step 3: Fill with Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime.

Cucumber Lime & Basil Prosecco Spritzer

What You'll Need
Step 1: Muddle lime juice, basil and cucumber in a shaker glass. (For extra flavor infusion allow mixture to marinate in the fridge for at least one hour).
Step 2: Add ice and shake mixture. Strain the juice only (about ½ oz.) into a Prosecco glass.
Step 3: Top with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG and garnish with a basil leaf and cucumber slice.
- 1 lime juiced

- 4 cucumber slices
