So, it’s a gorgeous Saturday afternoon. The weather’s nice. You’ve still got one more day of the weekend. Maybe you’ve baked some cookies, or you’re thinking about what you’re making for dinner. All is well. But as time passes, you feel something watching you; it’s your laundry hamper, overflowing with the week’s dirty shirts, pants, socks and everything else. And it’s laughing at you.
If you’re anything like us, you put off doing this chore until the last possible second. I mean, is there anyone out there who actually enjoys the whole washing, then drying, then folding, then putting-away process? And then there’s the whole “detergent cup” thing. You’ve gotta rinse it out over and over again to expunge that goo, and even once you’ve swished water around in there for the tenth time, there’s still sludge slinking around in the corners. What gives?!
